Responsibilities

• Teach, learn from, and collaborate with teammates
• Lead new feature development
• Write full-stack software
• Enjoy writing in multiple programming languages (C#, C, C++, TypeScript, Java)
• Have practiced XP or are eager to practice XP
• Want to help shape the company, culture, and product

Requirements

• Take pragmatic approaches to writing software
• Test drive and refactor code with confidence
• Avoid large upfront design and focus on incremental change

Qualifications

• Proficient in multiple programming languages (C#, C, C++, TypeScript, Java)
• Practiced XP or willing to practice XP
