Senior Software Engineer

About the role

We are hiring experienced engineers to join our team at Pageport, Inc., specifically for the development of Slant, our AI-powered CRM designed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial advisors.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize AI-assisted coding and workflows
• Engage in context engineering, prompt tuning, and evaluation processes
• Collaborate on the design and implementation of AI-driven features at scale
• Work closely with product managers to understand user needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our AI systems through feedback loops and iterative development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, English, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of full-stack experience
• Deep love for AI-assisted coding and great AI workflows
• Experience building AI features at scale, including context engineering, prompt tuning, and evaluation
• Willingness to work hard, in-person, 5 days/week at our office in Lehi, Utah

Qualifications

• Absolute love and passion for product and engineering
• Strong understanding of Rails backend and React frontend technologies, though not required
• Inspiration and influence from other frameworks and languages

Skills

• Full-stack development skills
• Experience with AI-assisted coding and workflows
• Context engineering and prompt tuning expertise
• Evaluation process knowledge

$160,000 - $200,000 per year + benefits + equity
