We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer to lead the technical direction and development of our autonomous industrial robotic fleet management software. This is a high-impact technical leadership role requiring deep experience in distributed backend systems and modern web-based operational UIs. The role will be responsible for refactoring and writing new code that sets a high bar for code quality including testability, stability, performance, security, and interoperability. This senior role balances high-impact technical execution with project leadership and team mentorship, combining a passion for solving complex problems with beautiful code while guiding projects and elevating junior engineers.
