Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement production-ready features across the stack
• Contribute significantly to front-end quality, maintainability, and craftsmanship
• Partner with the Software Architect on solution design and technical direction
• Help reinforce engineering standards around testing, performance, observability, and automation
• Lead by example in code reviews and technical discussions
• Take ownership of complex features from design through deployment
• Contribute to improving how the team delivers software, not just what it delivers

Requirements

• Strong full-stack engineering experience, with particular strength in front-end implementation and UI quality
• Deep understanding of modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable, maintainable features
• Experience operating as a senior contributor within a sprint team
• Confidence participating in architectural discussions and contributing design ideas
• Comfort helping uphold standards and guiding peers toward stronger execution
• Pragmatic thinking that balances quality, performance, and delivery speed
