Senior Software Engineer

What We Need

NetBrain Technologies is looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our engineering team. You will work across front-end and back-end, architecting and building high-performance web applications end-to-end—from UI and user experience through services, APIs, and data. Our platform powers agentic network operations, helping enterprises automate network diagnosis, change management, and remediation at scale.

What You'll Do

• Partner with product and design to define features, specifications, and requirements; take ownership end-to-end from architecture through testing and validation.
• Architect and build full-stack features spanning front-end UI, back-end services and APIs, database design, and data workflows—with an emphasis on integrating AI capabilities to solve customer problems.
• Own quality across the development lifecycle, including unit testing, integration testing, and performance optimization.
• Mentor junior engineers, lead code reviews, and serve as a technical anchor for the team.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with 3-5 years of relevant industry working experience.
• Deep understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns, with strong computer science fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, etc.
• Hands-on experience with server-side development in C#, C++, Java, or a comparable language — C# is a strong plus given our stack.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with hands-on experience in modern web frameworks (React or Angular), and solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Experience with AI agent frameworks, LLM tool use, and agentic workflows is a strong plus.
