About the role
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our UDDI DNS team in North America. This role involves developing, designing, and maintaining features and iteratively deploying services using Infoblox's cloud-based architecture. You will also design and implement components of Infoblox's Platform, recommend ways to improve system reliability, efficiency, and quality, and use AI-enabled developer tools and automation responsibly.
Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and maintain features and iteratively deploy services using Infoblox’s cloud-based architecture
- Design and implement components of Infoblox’s Platform
- Recommend ways to improve system reliability, efficiency, and quality
- Use AI-enabled developer tools and automation responsibly to improve productivity, code quality, analysis, and troubleshooting while maintaining strong review standards
- Work closely with various cross-functional product teams
- Stay up-to-date on key trends especially in the area of Cloud Platforms and Networking solutions
- Own key back-end components of the platform
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in software development with proven experience as a Golang Engineer or in a similar software development role
- Excellent understanding of various cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and others
- Good knowledge of Networking on Cloud platforms, preferably on DNS, DHCP, or IPAM
- Knowledge of API design and development, including RESTful principles
- Ability to use automation and AI-assisted tools thoughtfully to improve development efficiency, debugging, and analysis
- Experience with system architecture and design patterns
- Experience in microservices development with containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex network issues
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, CE or EE is required
- US Citizenship or Green Card required

$133,000 - $198,220 plus annual bonus
