What You'll Bring Expert-level Python development experience with a strong focus on scalable, maintainable software engineering.Proven success building and supporting production-grade data platforms.Hands-on experience developing data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, and large-scale data processing systems.Strong backend engineering skills, including API development and system integrations.Experience with modern data technologies, including Snowflake, SQL, Dagster, and cloud-based infrastructure.Knowledge of data quality, monitoring, testing, and validation best practices.Strong systems design expertise with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.Ability to lead projects from design through implementation while driving continuous improvement.A strong understanding of how data and technology impact business outcomes. Responsibilities Design, build, and improve the company's core data platform.Develop scalable data ingestion frameworks and transformation pipelines.Create APIs and integrations across internal and external systems.Enhance data quality, observability, monitoring, and reliability.Optimize platform performance and maintainability.Collaborate with engineering leaders and business stakeholders on complex technical initiatives.Contribute to architecture decisions and engineering best practices across the organization.
