Senior Software Engineer

About the role

Participate in innovative projects impacting customers, agents, and employees
Contribute to projects to modernize and grow the business
Work closely with groups in both IT and business areas on project initiatives

Responsibilities

• Code in a variety of technologies supporting web and backend systems
• Provide insights and contribute to decisions impacting platforms
• Analyze requirements for software programs and write/modify complex code

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications OR Completion of a technical training program and 4 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications OR Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology related field of study and 4 years related work experience
• Experience with development testing (unit testing, TDD)
• Strong research skills for complex technical problems and recommending solutions
