Responsibilities
- Planning at Scale
- Prepare and facilitate BRP and I&A events
- Coordinate post-BRP activities and summarize outcomes
- Lead monthly and product-specific planning activities
- Drive cross-functional collaboration
- Drive Execution
- Drive Agile rhythms and routines
- Manage delivery progress against commitments
- Promote continuous delivery, technical excellence, AI tools adoption, DORA metrics, and technology initiatives
- Advance DevOps maturity and CI/CD practices
- Manage dependencies, risks, and impediments across teams
- Improve execution maturity through collaboration and best practices
- Flow Optimization
- Manage end-to-end feature backlog
- Track and improve product flow and value delivery metrics
- Relentless Improvement
- Drive continuous improvements across processes, tools, metrics, and practices
- Serve as the primary point of contact for workstream implementation
- Sustained Coaching
- Coach teams on Agile transformation, SDLC, Time Tracking, ECM, TCM, Annual Planning, and organizational standards
- Guide teams on POM, Agile Playbook, EFT, ERFT, and RDL responsibilities and practices
- Success Metrics
- Develop and leverage dashboards to improve predictability and execution
- Track roadmap delivery metrics including Objective Predictability, CI/CO achievement, and other delivery KPIs
Skills
- SAFe/Agile delivery experience
- Release Train Engineering (RTE)
- SDLC and DevOps
- CI/CD and DORA Metrics
- Backlog, dependency, risk, and stakeholder management
- Strong facilitation, planning, and coaching skills
- Banking/Financial Services Experience (Preferred)
