Senior Software Engineer

Requirements

• Develop and support proprietary applications, websites, and services using ReactServe as a technical lead
• Contribute to and direct the efforts of development teams, including internal and external members
• Deliver products and features on-time
• Maintain ownership of the codebase architecture and quality
• Develop new software to help modernize Healthcare IT
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
• Assist in task planning, estimation, scheduling, and staffing
• Work with 3rd party vendors and customers to support their hardware on the eVisit platform
• Evaluate processes, tools, and approaches to potentially incorporate into how we develop products to ensure continuous improvement
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building enterprise web applications
• Strong proficiency in React, Redux, RTK, and their ecosystems
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Deep understanding of modern web applications design architecture, good API design patterns, performance, and scale
• Experience with the following is a plus: WebSocket, WebRTC, Twilio, video conferencing protocols and systems
• Driven to own the process and deliver the solution
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve strategy based on research, data, and industry trends
• Strong communication and organizational skills
