Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and support applications related to Client Billing, Commissions, Cash Flows, and Participant Rebate Calculations.
- Build and maintain APIs, integrations, and data pipelines across SQL Server, Snowflake, and external systems.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot to improve productivity and code quality.
- Investigate and resolve production issues to ensure system accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and IT teams to deliver business solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, sprint planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of C#/.NET and SQL.
- Familiarity with APIs, cloud technologies, and modern development practices.
- Experience or interest in AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn financial systems and business processes.
