Senior Software Engineer

About the role

This role is a senior position where you will be working closely with the CTO to make critical decisions on product, customers, and our technical vision. You will be expected to build and ship industry-defining features at startup speed.

What you’ll do at Deposely

• Full-Stack Development: Architect and build both front-end and back-end systems, ensuring seamless integration of AI features.
• AI & Agentic Development: Develop and integrate AI components, including language models, agentic workflows, and document analysis tools, to power core deposition functionality.
• Product Leadership: Work closely with customers and the founding team to prioritize features and align technical work with business objectives.
• Technical Strategy: Influence the overall technical direction, including decisions on frameworks, infrastructure, and scalability.
• Customer Collaboration: Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, test features, and iterate on the product.

Role Requirements

• 5+ years of experience shipping serious products end-to-end.
• Experienced with both front-end (React/NextJS or similar) and back-end (NestJS or similar) development.
• Comfortable working with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and integrating AI agents into real-world applications.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and excited to shape processes and structures.
• Passionate about building solutions that delight users and solve real problems.
• Able to work cross-functionally and explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
