Senior Software Engineer

Who you areWe are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, leading technical initiatives, and building scalable SaaS products. You’ll design, build, and evolve software used by a large and diverse global customer base. What you will be responsible forDesign and deliver complex features and product capabilitiesCollaborate with product and engineering teams to define requirements and technical approachesLead technical and architectural decisionsProvide thoughtful code reviews and help establish engineering best practicesTroubleshoot complex production and technical problemsMentor engineers and help improve team engineering practices What you should bring to the table5+ years of experience with modern full-stack web development, with an emphasis on product developmentExperience with modern server-side development using technologies such as C# and .NET Core, including relational and/or NoSQL databasesExperience with modern front-end technologies such as TypeScript and Vue.jsExperience building and consuming REST APIsExperience delivering high-availability SaaS services with scalability, reliability, and maintainability in mindExperience with Azure or similar cloud technology offerings and cloud-centric design patternsExperience providing technical leadership and mentoring other engineersAbility to lead projects through the software delivery lifecycle, coordinate execution, resolve blockers, and keep stakeholders alignedExperience effectively incorporating AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, Codex, Copilot) into coding, debugging, testing, and planning workflowsExcellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with demanding market needsA passion for learning and keeping up with the latest technologiesMotivated, detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of qualityBS or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related engineering field preferred What you can expect in returnA competitive salaryHealth insurance and other benefits401k retirement plan with company matchCompany-paid parental leaveCompany-provided cell phonePaid time offA relaxed and flexible work environmentA great team to work with and learn fromTeam outings and planned get-togethers
