How we work
AI-FIRST. We are an AI-first engineering team, and we mean it as a practice rather than a slogan. Agents are part of our day-to-day toolchain, and the context that makes them effective, styleguides, agent skills, architecture docs, evals, lives in the repo and is maintained like any other code.
