Senior Software Engineer

The Position

CallRail is seeking an Atlanta-based Senior Software Engineer to drive product development and innovation.

What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality products aligned with product strategy and customer needs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to deliver optimal production services.
• Contribute to an AI-forward culture by embodying and advancing the use of AI in software development.
• Communicate effectively with team members and engineering leadership.
• Support and mentor other engineers.
• Continuously learn and improve technical skills.

What You'll Need

• Experience with server-side web application development using Ruby on Rails.
• Comfort with front-end development using Angular.
• Experience with the software development life cycle beyond just coding.
• Ability to write unit tests and maintain code quality.
• Experience reviewing and refactoring code to improve maintainability and scalability.
• Mentoring and coaching skills.

Location

This position is based in Atlanta and requires coming into the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
