Senior Software Engineer

About the role

The Senior Software Engineer will lead the development of innovative software solutions, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the overall technical strategy of the company.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing guidance on best practices and new technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and deliver high-performance software solutions.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable and secure systems.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with object-oriented design and software architecture.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
• Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
