Responsibilities
- Conduct data analysis including basic statistical analysis, assist with client interviews and related fact-finding initiatives, and apply logic and Alexander Group methodologies to provide recommendations to clients.
- Create and use analytical models to simulate or forecast business problems and results, conduct extensive data analysis using Excel, participate in client interviews and meetings as well as related fact-finding initiatives, and apply logic and Alexander Group methodologies to provide recommendations to clients.
- Work directly with client leaders in sales, marketing, finance and human resources to solve sales management issues and grow revenue. Participate in and lead client meetings to present consulting deliverables, and conduct client research including on-site interviews, market research and surveys.
- Manage Business Analyst and Associate Consultant resources on project engagements.
- Develop high-quality, insight-rich research that advances Alexander Group’s intellectual property, supports client engagements and strengthens the firm’s market perspective on go-to-market strategy.
- Maintain existing client relationships, manage world-class consulting projects and teams, develop add-on projects within existing client accounts, and help guide and coach staff in their development at the firm.
- Lead and support a dynamic team, ensuring the effective management of contractual agreements and legal documentation.
- Own strategic engagement across a defined portfolio of accounts, deepen executive relationships and expand Alexander Group’s presence within target organizations.
- Execute and optimize digital programs that increase brand visibility, drive engagement and generate qualified leads.
- Lead and scale a high-impact marketing function that strengthens brand presence, accelerates go-to-market execution and drives measurable business results.
- Build and optimize the operational foundation that enables effective GTM execution, measurable ROI and tight alignment across Marketing, Sales and Services.
- Contribute to the success of various events (our portfolio includes forums, symposiums, webinars and industry-specific events) designed for and attended by Fortune 1000 revenue growth executives.
- Possess a solid background in programming, with a focus on front-end technologies, strong SQL skills, and experience in creating and consuming REST APIs. Proficiency in JavaScript UI libraries such as Vue or React, with a preference for candidates with Vue.js/Quasar experience.
