Senior Software Engineer

About the role

Drive foundational improvements to CI/CD platforms, deployment pipelines, and engineering practices that improve reliability and accelerate software delivery. Design and develop reusable frameworks, internal platforms, and developer tools that increase engineering productivity across teams. Lead modernization efforts focused on cloud-native technologies, automation, AI-assisted engineering, and developer experience. Build and maintain scalable applications, APIs, services, and platform capabilities that support enterprise-scale solutions. Partner with engineering, platform, product, and architecture teams to solve cross-functional technical challenges. Contribute to architectural decisions that improve scalability, resilience, security, and long-term maintainability. Identify opportunities to simplify processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and improve SDLC and PDLC effectiveness. Support DevOps and platform engineering initiatives through automation, Infrastructure as Code, and operational excellence practices. Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices across the organization. Stay current with emerging technologies and help evaluate opportunities to improve engineering effectiveness through innovation.
