About the role
You'll help evaluate and improve AI systems working on real-world software engineering tasks.
What you'll do
- Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, quality, and design
- Create challenging coding problems, reference solutions, and test cases
- Review AI reasoning across architecture, debugging, algorithms, and system design
- Provide detailed technical feedback to improve model performance

Preferred qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience as a software engineer at a top technology company
- At least part of that experience within the past 7 years
