Who We're Looking For

• Strong software engineering fundamentals combined with deep awareness of frontier AI developments
• Thrive in startup environments with ambiguous problems and small teams
• 2-8 years of experience, ideally with at least one high-growth company

Compensation

• $200,000 – $400,000+ base salary, depending on experience and role
• Many positions include meaningful equity at pre-seed through Series B stage companies

• Technical deep-dive on architecture thinking and designing AI systems for real problems
