Key job responsibilities Designs and independently implements key features solving difficult software problems for our partners, potentially spanning multiple areas of Amazon’s advertising ecosystem. Solves complex technical problems with simple solutions wherever possible Demonstrates knowledge and use of coding and testing best practices Influences the team’s technical direction and maintains a high quality bar, having a direct impact on both software quality and experience for our users Effectively communicates technical and non-technical ideas to diverse audiences Collaborates with peers and mentors to receive guidance, and acts as a mentor to others as required Cultivates relationships with partner teams About The Team Amazon Worldwide Advertising is one of Amazon's fastest growing and most profitable businesses.
