Responsibilities

  • Deliver products developed under this PWS and assist in ensuring their availability to the greater US IC.
  • Conduct data analytics, data engineering, data mining, exploratory analysis, predictive analysis, and statistical analysis.
  • Proactively retrieve information from various sources, analyze it, and build AI tools that automate certain processes.
  • Create various ML-based tools or processes, such as recommendation engines or automated lead scoring systems.
  • Perform statistical analysis, apply data mining techniques, and build high-quality prediction systems.
  • Use data visualization and graphical applications like Microsoft Office (Power BI) and Tableau; major data science languages like R and Python; manage and merge disparate data sources; and use statistical analysis and data mining algorithms.
  • Lead the migration effort from traditional servers to AWS, ensuring seamless integration, minimal downtime, and cost optimization.
  • Design and implement secure, scalable, and efficient cloud architectures using AWS services and best practices.
  • Develop automation scripts using Python and boto3 to streamline cloud management and deployment.
  • Implement robust, automated infrastructure monitoring and remediation using EventBridge, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Lambda, Trusted Advisor, Config, and Security Hub.
  • Possess a minimum certification of AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining a web site accessible by all IC members and Army branches.
  • Perform web-based database design, implementation, and maintenance for the CI Common Operating Picture (COP) and intelligence web pages.
  • Create and develop computer software configuration documentation, user manuals, and provide one-on-one consultation to branch chiefs and senior analysts as per CDRL A051.
  • Update and maintain classified intelligence websites and associated systems, including posting data, providing information, and responding to documentation requests.

Qualifications

  • Minimum education and years of experience requirements for the following:
    • High School Diploma: 20 years of relevant experience with at least a portion within the last 2 years.
    • Associates Degree: 16 years of relevant experience with at least a portion within the last 2 years.
    • Bachelor's Degree: 14 years of relevant experience with at least a portion within the last 2 years.
    • Masters Degree or higher: 12 years of relevant experience with at least a portion within the last 2 years.
  • At least two years of experience in website coding, basic graphics techniques, SQL, HTML, XML, Java, Java Applets, and JavaScript.
  • Security Plus certified.
  • Qualified at Information Assurance Technical Workforce Requirement Level II.
