- Integrate and manage language models within workflows, including prompt versioning, evaluation, and cost management
- Build and maintain the Next.js console UI, adhering to our in-house design system and real-time UI patterns
- Ensure observability and traceability through OpenTelemetry traces, structured logs, and meaningful metrics
- Contribute to and uphold our engineering culture and code quality standards
Requirements

- Experience with LLM-powered features, including prompt drift, eval design, hallucination handling, and cost discipline
- Postgres at a working level, including migrations, index design, query plan analysis, and trade-off reasoning
- Event-driven architecture experience, including pub/sub, idempotent consumers, eventual consistency, ordering, retries, and dead-letter behavior
- Strong testing instincts, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
Nice to have
- Experience with Drizzle ORM, Temporal, or Redpanda/Kafka in production
- OpenTelemetry beyond surface-level, including sampling strategy, semantic conventions, and custom instrumentation
- Design system contribution, including component libraries, accessibility patterns, and design token discipline
- Agent frameworks (LangGraph, custom orchestration), eval tooling (Braintrust, LangSmith), or prompt versioning systems
