About the Opportunity

The Senior Software Developer (Agentic Development) is responsible for designing and evolving automated agentic orchestrations and internal tools to enhance software delivery outcomes. This role plays a critical part in streamlining the software development lifecycle by creating systems that increase efficiency and maintain high engineering standards, directly impacting the speed and quality of work across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain agentic orchestrations, automated workflows, and internal tools to improve software delivery.
• Collaborate with QA, product management, engineering leadership, and design to identify workflow bottlenecks and implement solutions.
• Develop agent-based workflows capable of coordinating multi-step tasks with reliable and auditable outputs.
• Establish best practices for building trustworthy AI-assisted software delivery tools, including safety and quality controls.
• Evaluate emerging AI and automation technologies for responsible application in software delivery.
• Build reusable frameworks, services, APIs, and integrations to automate common delivery activities.
• Reduce manual work, increase consistency, and support better technical and product decisions.
• Ensure tools meet standards for reliability, privacy, maintainability, and governance in collaboration with security and compliance teams.
• Perform occasional full-stack feature development within the AI toolset.
• Mentor and assist in onboarding new developers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years software development experience in Agile, team-based environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline, preferably Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Proficiency with Angular, ASP.NET Core, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, SASS, and HTML.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases and ORM frameworks like Entity Framework Core.
• Background in building internal platforms, developer tools, automation frameworks, or productivity tools.
• Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle including planning, testing, code review, and release management.
• Able to design reliable, maintainable, and scalable software architectures.
• Effective communication skills across engineering, QA, product, management, and design teams.

Pay Range and Compensation Package

A competitive salary range of $110,000 to $135,000.
