The Role
We are seeking a Senior Software Account Executive to lead new business relationships with professional associations and nonprofits. This role involves building trust, understanding organizational needs, and guiding prospects through the sales process to close deals.
Requirements
- Experience: 10+ years of B2B sales or relationship-driven revenue experience with proven success in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Industry Experience: 5+ years of experience working with associations, nonprofits, or membership-based organizations.
- Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to sell solutions involving organizational change, navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes, and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
- Team Collaboration: Comfortable collaborating with internal teams and adapting to a growing, evolving organization.
- Travel: Up to 25% travel required for conferences, events, and key meetings.
