Senior Small Business Relationship Banker - Berry Farms Branch
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, cookie, navigation, application instructions. Also remove duplicated lines.
We need to parse the posting.
Key sections:
- About the role: The first paragraph after "Job Description" maybe? The posting starts with a thank you paragraph about Regions, then "Job Description At Regions, the Senior Small Business Relationship Banker is responsible...". That is about the role. So we can put an About the role
with paragraphs summarizing that.
- Responsibilities: The "Primary Responsibilities" list. We'll put Responsibilities
with - each bullet.
- Requirements: The "Requirements" list: High School Diploma or GED, Two (2) years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience, Ability to handle cash..., Ability to communicate..., Ability to use a computer..., Ability to work Saturdays as needed, Ability to walk and stand..., Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds. Also maybe "This position requires registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS)." That's a requirement. Also "This position requires the tracking of time for hours worked in excess of 40 per week and is eligible for overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act." That's more about schedule/overtime; maybe schedule. Also "This position is incentive eligible." That's compensation. We'll handle later.
- Qualifications: Might be preferences? The posting has "Preferences Bachelor’s degree". Could be Qualifications section. Also "Skills And Competencies" list. Could be Skills section.
- Skills: The list under "Skills And Competencies": Ability to adhere to policies..., Ability to assist customers with digital banking offerings, Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, Ability to provide excellent customer service, Excellent relationship-building skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), Strong business acumen to assess the needs of small business clients, Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills.
- Benefits: The "Benefits Information" list: Paid Vacation/Sick Time, 401K with Company Match, Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits, Disability Benefits, Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Account, Life Insurance, Parental Leave, Employee Assistance Program, Associate Volunteer Program. Also note about benefits may change; we can include that as prose maybe.
- Pay: The "Compensation Details" includes Pay ranges: Minimum Job Range Target: $51,997.12 USD, Median $60,730.00 USD, Incentive Pay Plans (commission incentive plan, formulaic incentive plan). So we have pay info.
- Schedule: There's mention of ability to work Saturdays as needed, tracking time for hours >40 eligible for overtime. Also maybe location details? Not schedule. Could include schedule: Ability to work Saturdays as needed, overtime eligible. Also maybe "Full time" under Position Type. So schedule section could include full-time, Saturday work, overtime.
We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual data.
We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we preserve all substantive info.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences.
Let's craft:

Schedule
Position type: Full time
Ability to work Saturdays as needed
Eligible for overtime for hours worked over 40 per week (FLSA)
We must ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, legal, application instructions, location details? Location details: "Berry Farms Location: Franklin, Tennessee". Should we include? The instruction says to include only sections with real specific content. Location is not one of the prescribed headings; we could include it as a paragraph under About the role maybe? But they said use headings only for those sections. Could we add a for location? It's not a heading, but we can include prose anywhere. The instruction: "Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for section headings. It didn't say we cannot add other headings, but better to stick to those. Location could be included in About the role paragraph. We'll add a sentence: "Located at the Berry Farms facility in Franklin, Tennessee."
Also we included "Incentive eligible" in Requirements; maybe that belongs to Pay but okay.
Check duplication: We have "Ability to work Saturdays as needed" both in Requirements and Schedule; but it's okay to appear in both? Might be duplicate. We could keep it only in Requirements and mention schedule includes Saturday work. But schedule section already mentions ability to work Saturdays as needed; we could keep it there and remove from Requirements to avoid duplication. However Requirements list originally includes that ability; we should preserve all substantive info. If we remove it from Requirements, we lose that info. But we could keep it in Requirements and also mention in Schedule; duplication is allowed? The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading ... and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." It doesn't forbid repeating content elsewhere. It says "Preserve ALL substantive information". Duplication is not prohibited, but better to avoid unnecessary duplication. However we can keep it in both places; it's still preserving. Might be okay.
Check that we didn't include any boilerplate like "Equal Opportunity Employer/including Disabled/Veterans" etc. We removed.
Check that we didn't include "Job applications at Regions are accepted electronically..." etc. Removed.
Check that we didn't include "Please refer to https://fedregistry.nationwidelicensingsystem.org for more information." We included NMLS requirement but not the link. Should we preserve the link? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; the link is substantive. We should include it maybe as a link in Requirements. Let's add: Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS). We'll embed.
