Why This Role Matters

As Senior SRE, you will be responsible for building and improving our infrastructure, enhancing our CI/CD pipelines, and developing insights and monitoring systems. This role requires a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement.

Where you'll create impact

• Improve reliability of our systems
• Build & maintain our main infrastructure (Terraform)
• Deploy & enhance CI/CD pipeline
• Build insights & monitoring pipeline for our systems (OpenTelemetry standard)
• Improve security and development experience

What sets you up for success

• Hardcore work ethic and high agency
• Familiar with on-call schedule
• At least 5+ years experience in a role exposed to scalability and improvements
• At least 3+ years experience with Terraform (IaaC)
• At least 5+ years of experience with AWS
• Backend fundamentals on Python
• Experience in observability (Open Telemetry)

Nice to have

• Experience on at least one project at scale (1M users or similar)
• Hands-on in backend development and system design
• Active GitHub

Compensation & Benefits

• Equity: $70,000 - $100,000
• Base salary: $220,000 - $350,000
• 15 PTO days + 12 public holidays
