Senior Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

DualEntry is building the OS for finance. Every business needs a financial system of record, yet the world's largest fintech market ($220B+) still runs on software from the 1990s. DualEntry's AI-native ERP automates accounting from data entry to close, so finance teams move faster, spend less and incur less risk.

Responsibilities

• Build!
• Improve reliability of our systems
• Maintain our main infrastructure (Terraform)
• Deploy & enhance CI/CD pipeline
• Build insights & monitoring pipeline for our systems (OpenTelemetry standard)
• Improve security and development experience

Requirements

• Hardcore work ethic and high agency
• Familiar with on-call schedule
• At least 5+ years experience in a role exposed to scalability and improvements
• At least 3+ years experience with terraform (IaaC)
• At least 5+ years of experience with AWS
• Backend fundamentals on python
• Experience in observability (open telemetry)
• Nice to have: Experience on at least one project at scale (1M users> or similar)
• Hands-on in backend development and system design
• Active github
