Responsibilities
- Support Project Manager on projects exceeding $40M
- Cook up effective coordination with subcontractors and other departments
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with the customer
- Manage and maintain engineering activities scheduling
- Identify and resolve installation and mechanical issues
- Analyze project progress and address scheduling challenges
- Recruit and assess talent for department growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years' experience in site project management or the company
- Proven experience managing a department or focused work team
- Strong background in detailed scheduling
- Familiarity with customer interactions for planning and troubleshooting
