Responsibilities
- Oversight and delivery of projects primarily associated with stormwater management planning and design, site civil planning and design, stormwater pollution prevention plans, and any associated permitting.
- Development and oversight of design plans and details for stormwater management practices.
- Site grading, site and roadway layout, parking lot layout, park planning and design, lighting design and utility design associated with commercial, industrial developments, public facilities, and electrical substations.
- Traffic aspects of projects including access, internal circulation such as AutoTURN, and parking lot maneuverability.
- Tributary drainage area analysis and sizing of stormwater management systems.
- Client and stakeholder coordination.
- Preparing permit packages.
- Preparing and reviewing technical reports (drainage reports, due diligence reports, technical memos and SWPPP’s).
- Cost estimating.
- Construction administration.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental or water resources engineering.
- 7–15 years related experience.
- Strong understanding of AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D or Microstation.
- Experience with modeling software, such as AutoTURN, DiaLux Evo.
- Detailed oriented, excellent writing and communication skills.
Qualifications
- PE required or ability to sit for the exam within 6 months.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000 per year. Base pay offered for this role may vary and can be higher or lower depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for a comprehensive range of medical, financial, and other benefits, depending on the role offered.
