Senior Site Activation Manager (US)

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Site Activation Manager (US) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will oversee study start-up and site activation activities across clinical development programs, ensuring projects move efficiently from feasibility through site selection and activation. The position will serve as a key point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders, helping coordinate timelines, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication throughout the activation process. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, organization, and cross-cultural communication skills to support timely study execution in a global environment. Experience within a CRO or pharmaceutical setting will be especially valuable in driving startup readiness and operational consistency.
