Senior Signal Integrity Engineer

We work closely with NVIDIA sites in Israel and USA and have access to extensive knowledge, technologies, and tools, yet we are responsible for our own product line of PHY ICs. Responsibilities
- Design high-frequency channels up to 400Gb/s per lane for PCBs, packages, connectors, and cables
- Design layout guidelines for NVIDIA systems
- Simulate passive and active elements in 3D and 2D simulation tools
- Work in an intense environment and coordinate multi-discipline expertise
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering with GPA above 90 (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience
- Familiar with electromagnetic waves including transmission line theory
- Expert-level proficiency with electromagnetic tools (Ansys EM, CST, etc.)
- Experience in lab measurements including VNA & TDR
- Ability to work in an intense environment and coordinate multi-discipline expertise
Qualifications (Preferred)
- M.Sc./Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering
- PDN analyses including model generation and time-domain simulation
- Familiar with NRZ/PAM-4 signaling schemes
- Analyses involving co-simulation of circuits and PDN models
- Experience with MATLAB, Python, and C
- Exposure to TSV (Through-Silicon-Via) modeling and analysis

Pay
Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is:
- 136,000 USD - 218,500 USD for Level 3
- 168,000 USD - 264,500 USD for Level 4
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
