Responsibilities

  • Solutioning & Cloud Modernization
    • Leverage Azure Cloud Services to design and modernize enterprise-scale Microsoft technology solutions.
    • Lead modernization initiatives, migrating legacy applications to cloud-native and hybrid Azure environments.
    • Define enterprise architecture standards, reference architectures, and technical roadmaps.
    • Develop integration architectures connecting SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure services, third-party systems, and custom applications.
  • SharePoint Development
    • Design and develop enterprise-level SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server solutions.
    • Implement custom SharePoint Framework (SPFx) solutions using React and TypeScript.
    • Migrate and modernize legacy SharePoint environments.
  • Microsoft Power Platform
    • Design and develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power Virtual Agents.
    • Integrate Power Platform with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and external APIs.
    • Establish governance and CoE frameworks.
  • Dynamics 365 CRM Development
    • Design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
    • Develop custom entities, forms, workflows, plugins, business rules, and integrations.
    • Implement customer engagement, case management, service management, and workflow processes.
    • Support integrations with enterprise systems using Azure Integration Services.
  • Power BI & Analytics
    • Design and develop enterprise dashboards, analytics, and reporting solutions.
    • Create reports using Power BI, Power BI Report Builder, Paginated Reports, and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
    • Implement executive dashboards and KPI scorecards.
    • Design enterprise data models and reporting architectures.
  • Custom .NET Application Development
    • Design and develop custom applications using .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, Blazor, and C#.
    • Implement secure authentication using Azure Entra ID (Azure AD).
    • Develop microservices and API-based architectures.
  • Artificial Intelligence & Microsoft AI Solutions
    • Design and implement AI-powered solutions utilizing Microsoft technologies.
    • Build intelligent document processing and content management solutions.
    • Develop Conversational AI and enterprise assistants integrated with SharePoint and Dynamics 365.
    • Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures leveraging Microsoft technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience designing and developing Microsoft-based enterprise solutions.
  • 10+ years of SharePoint development experience.
  • 8+ years of Azure Cloud experience.
  • 5+ years of Power Platform development experience.
  • 5+ years of Dynamics 365 CRM development and customization experience.
  • 5+ years of Power BI development and enterprise reporting experience.
  • Extensive experience leading modernization and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience serving as Technical Lead on large-scale Microsoft implementations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to mentor development teams and establish architecture standards.
  • Experience supporting Federal Government, Healthcare, or highly regulated environments preferred.
  • Strong understanding of security, privacy, compliance, and governance frameworks.

Skills

  • Deep expertise in SharePoint Online/On-Premises, Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CRM, Azure Cloud, Power BI Reporting, and custom .NET application development.
  • Experience with AI/ML, cloud, cybersecurity, and IT modernization.
  • Leadership experience in modernization and digital transformation initiatives.

Pay

$120,000 - $140,000 DOE
