Senior ServiceNow Engineer

Responsibilities
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain self-hosted ServiceNow implementations
- Build secure integrations and automated processes
- Monitor application health
- Implement Section 508 compliance parameters
- Mentor junior team members
Requirements
- Active Fully-Cleared with Poly Compliance Certification
- Minimum of two (2) years of dedicated experience building custom workflows, catalog service requests, views, and automated technical reports
- Proven background diagnosing and resolving technical issues within Linux/UNIX operating environments
- Strong scripting and programming experience using JavaScript or other high-level orchestration languages
- Solid understanding of front-end structures including HTML, XML, and CSS to design clean application views
- Demonstrated ability to author thorough engineering documentation and mentor junior team members
Qualifications
- Minimum of ten (10) years of professional Systems Administration (SA) or Systems Engineering experience on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university
- Five (5) years of additional systems experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree (totaling 15 years of experience)

Benefits
Annual base salary range: $153,000 - $181,000 (USD), which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.

- Compensation: Annual base salary range of $153,000 - $181,000 (USD)
