Senior ServiceNow Engineer

Core Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow module workstreams from design through deployment
• Configure, test, validate, and deploy ServiceNow platform enhancements
• Partner with Business Analysts and Engineers to rebuild and improve platform modules
• Support a greenfield ServiceNow implementation using out-of-the-box best practices
• Help reduce technical debt and improve platform scalability and maintainability
• Participate in daily standups, project meetings, testing, releases, and deployments
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot roadblocks, and mentor junior engineers

Requirements

• 7+ years of ServiceNow experience (minimum)
• Senior or Lead-level ServiceNow engineering experience
• Strong ServiceNow platform configuration and implementation experience
• Experience supporting ServiceNow module redesign, rebuild, or implementation work
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Ability to provide technical guidance and help remove engineering roadblocks
• Greenfield ServiceNow implementation experience
• Common Service Data Model (CSDM) experience
• ServiceNow integrations experience
• Experience with ITSM, Discovery, Business Continuity, Strategic Portfolio Management, GRC/IRM, or Collaborative Work Management
• Experience implementing out-of-the-box ServiceNow best practices
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior ServiceNow engineers

Qualifications

Location: St. Louis, MO

Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week, flexible onsite days

Schedule: Core business hours, flexible start between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM

Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $75.00 and $82.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
