Senior Service Program Director

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Service Program Director to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will serve as the senior point of contact for strategic customer partnerships, ensuring strong executive alignment and operational execution. You will lead cross-functional governance, manage a team of customer operations and program leaders, and drive commitments through to completion. The position is focused on improving customer satisfaction, retention, and service delivery outcomes through disciplined program leadership. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $196,800 – $295,200 annually Responsibilities Lead strategic customer partnerships as the senior customer interface Establish and maintain relationships with executive and operational customer stakeholders Drive operational governance to ensure effective decision-making and commitment fulfillment Directly manage a team of 5+ leaders in customer operations and program roles Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, Operations, or a related field 8+ years of healthcare project/program management, service leadership, or related experience 5+ years of team leadership experience managing 5+ direct reports Ability to manage customer relationships and execute cross-functional programs effectively Strong communication skills for conveying complex issues to various stakeholders Benefits Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance Flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance Opportunities for professional development and growth within the company Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
