Senior Service Desk Support
About the Role
Full Visibility is seeking a Service Desk Support Senior, located in Winchester, VA and is onsite 4-5 days a week. Candidate must possess an active Top Secret/SCI Eligibility Clearance. Individuals selected for this position may be subject to Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph examinations based on their assignment after their start date and must be able to obtain and maintain any required CI Polygraph eligibility throughout the duration of their employment.
Requirements
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in Service Desk Support.
- Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.
- Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
- Responds to telephone calls, emails and personal requests for technical support.
- Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
Pay
This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: local market conditions, and candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. A reasonable salary range for this position is $55K to $75K.
