Tier Support
- Provide Tier I and basic Tier II support to customers with hardware, software, and application problems.
- Work through all types of Tier II issues with telephone assistance.
- Run an entire remote site independently with demanding customers in austere locations.
Technical Skills
- Cable management and network equipment familiarity.
- Knowledge of cryptographic hardware and ability to load cryptographic keys.
- Basic troubleshooting skills on various types of hardware.
Experience
- 3 years experience in a DOD classified environment.
