Tier Support

  • Provide Tier I and basic Tier II support to customers with hardware, software, and application problems.
  • Work through all types of Tier II issues with telephone assistance.
  • Run an entire remote site independently with demanding customers in austere locations.

Technical Skills

  • Cable management and network equipment familiarity.
  • Knowledge of cryptographic hardware and ability to load cryptographic keys.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills on various types of hardware.

Experience

  • 3 years experience in a DOD classified environment.
