Job Responsibilities
- Supporting the Service Center Manager in execution of responsibilities as defined in Hillsboro Aviation’s Repair Station Manual (RSM).
- Sustaining the maintenance quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance on all customer aircraft.
- Maintaining aircraft in accordance with the approved aircraft inspection program.
- Ensuring airworthiness and availability of assigned customer aircraft.
- Coeordinating maintenance logistics to minimize downtime and maximize aircraft availability.
- Maintaining a high standard of quality for the shop environment, tools, and records.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Licenses
- FAA A&P Certificates
- 10+ years maintaining turboprops, jets, and/or turbine helicopters in a GA setting
Preferred Skills/Experience
- FAA Inspection Authorization
- Experience maintaining HondaJets
- Experience maintaining Citations
- Experience maintaining King Airs
- Experience maintaining Caravans
- Experience maintaining Airbus helicopters
- Experience maintaining Bell helicopters
- Factory training for any of the aforementioned aircraft
- Experience with major repairs & alterations
- Experience with non-routine and complex maintenance tasks
- Avionics experience

Schedule
Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Overtime required during the week and on weekends as necessary.
