Senior Service Advisor/Assistant Service Manager

About the role

As a Senior Service Advisor/Assistant Service Manager at River Oaks Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM, you will work with the Service Director to drive team results, meet department objectives, and act as a liaison between customers and technicians. You will provide excellent service and recommendations to keep customers' vehicles in top shape.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to ensure all vehicle maintenance needs are met and addressed
• Write repair orders for customers with full transparency of cost and time estimates
• Provide exceptional and timely communication, keeping customers updated throughout the process
• Communicate frequently with Technicians and Parts to ensure timely completion of work
• Exhibit a positive attitude and strong work ethic with customers and co-workers
• Utilize cutting-edge Fixed Operations Technology

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Tech-savvy, able to learn and utilize technology
• Previous Automotive Service Advisor/Service Manager experience
• Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM experience is a plus
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy

Pay

Potential pay range of $70,000–$100,000+ per year, including incentive-based pay.
