RemoteRemoteSales$75k–$85k/yrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (or Skills?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule? We must include sections only if posting has real specific content. We have content: About the role: first paragraph describing role, senior execution, etc. Responsibilities: list of bullet points. Required Skills: list of bullet points. Suggested Skills: list of bullet points (maybe combine with Required? Could be separate "Skills" section). Benefits: list of perks: 100% health, vision and dental benefits, 50% 401k match up to 6% of your salary, donation matching, career development training, unlimited PTO, remote work equipment, free pens. Pay: salary range $75,000 to $85,000 DOE. Schedule: remote work (remote-first) maybe mention remote work equipment, but schedule not explicit. Could infer remote work, but not explicit schedule like full-time. Might not include Schedule if not explicit. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Benefits are stated, so include Benefits. Pay is stated, include Pay. Schedule: not explicit; they say remote-first, remote work equipment, but not schedule like hours. Might not include Schedule. Could include "Remote work" as part of Benefits? But better to omit Schedule if not explicit. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO, accommodation, etc. Also remove lines like "Learn more about working at Siege by experiencing our culture on Instagram and checking out our work on Dribbble!" That's maybe not boilerplate but could be considered promotional; but it's substantive? Might be considered fluff but still part of posting. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The Instagram/Dribbble line is not boilerplate; it's promotional but maybe keep? It's not essential but could be considered fluff. However it's not duplicated. Might keep as part of About the role? But we can keep as a short paragraph. Also there is a weird request: "Please plan for the following during the hiring process: Your resumeA short introduction/cover letterWhat would the Schema Person Markup for Michael Scott (from The Office) look like using JSON-LD? Please create a unique schema markup using JSON-LD for the person mentioned above. A brief GEO/SEO skills test after your second interview. It's short and low-pressure." That seems like application instructions (resume, cover letter) and also a weird request. According to rules, we must remove application instructions. So we should remove that paragraph. Also "Compensation Range: $75K - $85K" duplicate of salary range; we can keep one. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Let's extract sections: About the role: The first paragraph(s) before Responsibilities: "Siege Media is a growing and remote-first organic/AI growth agency! We are nationally recognized on Inc.'s Best Workplaces list and Inc. 5000 list, highlighting the 5000 fastest-growing private companies. Interested in joining the Siege team? We currently have a spot open for a talented Sr. SEO/GEO Analyst to help us deliver great SEO and GEO work for our world-class clients. This is a senior execution role and a step up on our GEO/SEO career path. You'll take on our more complex and independent SEO and GEO work, hold a high bar in everything you ship, and occasionally work directly with clients, while Team Leads still own the overall client relationship and strategy. There are no direct reports, but you'll help set the execution bar and support the Analysts around you. For those interested in growing into client strategy and ownership, this can also be a natural path toward a Team Lead role. Perks include 100% health, vision and dental benefits, 50% 401k match up to 6% of your salary, donation matching, career development training, unlimited PTO, remote work equipment, and free pens. Everyone loves free pens. Learn more about working at Siege by experiencing our culture on Instagram and checking out our work on Dribbble!" But note that "Perks include ..." is actually benefits; we might move that to Benefits section. However the instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real specific content for it. Benefits are listed there; we can still have a Benefits section. The About the role section could exclude the perks sentence to avoid duplication. But we must preserve all substantive information; we can keep it in Benefits and not repeat. So we can remove the perks sentence from About the role. Thus About the role: description of company, role, senior execution, etc. Responsibilities: bullet list under "Responsibilities". We'll convert each line after "Responsibilities" heading into

  • . Required Skills: bullet list under "Required Skills". Could be heading "Requirements" or "Skills". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can use "Skills" for required skills. Or "Requirements". Let's use "Skills" for required skills, and maybe "Preferred Skills" for suggested skills? But we can combine suggested skills under same Skills heading? Better to have separate "Skills" for required and maybe "Preferred Qualifications" for suggested. But we have headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We could put required skills under "Skills", and suggested skills under "Preferred Qualifications". Or we could put required under "Requirements". Let's decide: Use "Requirements" for required skills, and "Preferred Qualifications" for suggested skills. But the instruction list includes "Requirements, Qualifications, Skills". We can use "Requirements" for required skills, and "Preferred Qualifications" for suggested skills. Or we could use "Skills" for required and "Preferred Qualifications" for suggested. Let's follow typical: Requirements = required skills, Preferred Qualifications = suggested skills. We'll output

    Requirements

    and

    Preferred Qualifications

. Benefits: list of perks. Pay: salary range. We must not include Schedule. Now we need to ensure we don't include any filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:

    • The ability to turn data into clear insights and actionable recommendations, not just reporting
    • A strong understanding of how AI search engines surface, rank, and cite content, and how to influence it
    • Proven ability to work independently with minimal direction and own the quality of your work
    • Sharp attention to detail and a QA mindset
    • Comfort communicating with clients and stakeholders as needed
    • Ability to juggle multiple client workstreams and deadlines in a remote setting

    • Comfort working in HTML, including implementing structured data (familiarity with CSS and JavaScript a plus)
    • Experience using Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
    • Strong written and verbal communication

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience working in an agency environment
    • Experience with eCommerce, Fintech, or SaaS clients
    • Experience mentoring or reviewing the work of other SEOs
    • Some client-facing or presentation experience
    • Familiarity with a CMS like WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow
    • Experience with a project management tool like Basecamp or Productive

    Benefits

    • 100% health, vision and dental benefits
    • 50% 401k match up to 6% of your salary
    • Donation matching
    • Career development training
    • Unlimited PTO
    • Remote work equipment
    • Free pens

    Pay

The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000 DOE.

We should not include any extra text like "Compensation Range: $75K - $85K" duplicate. Check for any leftover boilerplate: The line about Siege Media values diversity, encouragement, accommodation request - we must remove EEO/equal-op
