Senior Security Support (Anti-Tamper)

If you want to work on cutting-edge DoD programs, Serco has a great opportunity supporting the Special Programs Division, DoD Anti-Tamper (AT) Executive Agent Field Program Office (FPO) (AFLCMC/WAG-AT) at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. This position is contingent upon the ability to maintain/transfer an active Department of War (DoW) Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI.

WAG-AT conducts studies to identify new capabilities; matures laboratory technologies to be weapon system ready; and develops, tests, and rapidly fields new AT capabilities/products—all aimed at reducing developmental risk, cost, and schedule growth while ensuring AT architectures protect U.S. warfighters against technological exploitation of U.S. weapons systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Special Access Program (SAP) security disciplines: Information Security, Physical Security, Industrial Security, and Personnel Security.
• Work with the Government SAP Security Officer (GSSO) in carrying out security duties.
• Advise WAG-AT on current personnel security policies and procedures for obtaining and maintaining SAP and SCI access.
• Assist in the management of SAP and SCI access quotas and maintain the unit’s internal master program access database.
• Work with Industry partners and military/civilian personnel.
• Process Program Access Requests (PARs) for industry partners and verify accuracy.
• Maintain personnel security dossiers, including initial and annual security training records, PARs, indoctrinations, and debriefs.
• Perform all aspects of physical security for classified facilities, including entry control, meeting rosters, visitor badges, alarm checks, guard force response, and alarm system entry.
• Develop and implement a SAP and SCI security education and training program tailored to meet the unit’s specific security requirements.

Requirements

• Active TOP-SECRET security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and access to SAPs. Background investigation must be current within the past 5 years or under Continuous Vetting.
• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience with the DoD, other government agency, or DoD contractor.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP or SCI experience within the last 8 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Skills

• Ability to develop and execute SAP, SCI, and collateral security and information systems policy, plans, and procedures.
• Proficiency with Defense Information System for Security (DISS) and Joint Access Database Environment (JADE).
• Thorough knowledge of DoD 5205.07 Volumes 1-4.
