Senior Security Specialist PM

About the role

This Senior Security Specialist Program Manager position is full-time, based in Quantico, VA, and is overtime-exempt. The role reports to ARMADA HQ and requires an active Top-Secret clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) special access. Employment is contingent upon contract award.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules to maintain staffing at all visitor desks and ensure cleared access control presence during business hours.
• Train Access Control Specialists.
• Provide support in any contractor role when an employee is out of office.
• Assist the COMSEC manager with:
  • Transferring, receiving, and hand-receipting COMSEC material for OTD to/from FBICOR and other locations.
  • Conducting bi-annual COMSEC inventory, shipping COMSEC items, and completing and filing required paperwork.
• Implement policies and procedures as outlined in the FBI Central Office of Record COMSEC Manual.
• Demonstrate program planning, execution, and oversight capabilities.
• Execute duties in a professional manner with a strong commitment to customer service.
• Provide briefings/debriefings.
• Support other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities (KSAs)

• Skilled in creating complex spreadsheets (e.g., Excel), preparing briefings (e.g., PowerPoint), Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to manage schedules, deliverables, and resources efficiently.
• Knowledgeable and proficient in Access Control Specialist and Security Specialist duties.

Minimum/General Experience

• Must possess an active Top-Secret personnel security clearance and be eligible for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) special accesses.
• Three (3) years of security experience in relevant fields (e.g., industrial security, physical security, computer/network security) — OR — five (5) years of experience in any security-related field.
• Experience in program planning, execution, and oversight capabilities.

Minimum Education

• Bachelor’s degree.
