Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain internal software products and capabilities to drive awareness and resolution of vulnerabilities at scale within Roblox.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and mitigate security vulnerabilities through tools and services.
- Design and build automated systems to highlight security issues to owners and make vulnerability remediation a first-class user experience.
- Develop tools and features that help make vulnerability remediation understandable and easy across Roblox’s entire tech stack and organization.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in developing secure software and products, incorporating vulnerability management methodologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in software engineering, ideally with a focus on security.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, or C#.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A track record of delivering features and learning new technologies.
- Experience solving operational problems with software-based solutions.

- Software engineer with 4+ years of experience in working in security or related fields.
- Passionate about security and dedicated to crafting secure online experiences.
- An outstanding communicator who effectively conveys complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Schedule
