Responsibilities

  • Execute strategic outbound campaigns via cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach while maintaining an organized pipeline and consistently hitting monthly meeting/opportunity targets
  • Ensure high-quality lead qualification and smooth handoffs to Growth Leads
  • Own top-of-funnel follow-up and ensure continuous outbound momentum
  • Replenish pipeline through conference lists, lead uploads, and targeted research
  • Serve as our HubSpot administrator, maintaining clean and accurate data
  • Create dashboards and reports to track pipeline health and team performance
  • Train team members on HubSpot best practices and support ad-hoc CRM needs
  • Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Support conference-related spikes in lead volume
  • Create and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other channels
  • Track engagement and adjust content strategy based on performance
  • Support creative campaigns, product announcements, and customer stories
  • Maintain social media channels, respond to inbound engagement

Requirements

  • Experience as an enterprise SDR for 2-3 years
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and CRM systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Passion for driving sales and supporting a growth-focused team

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales development or similar role
