Responsibilities
- Execute strategic outbound campaigns via cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach while maintaining an organized pipeline and consistently hitting monthly meeting/opportunity targets
- Ensure high-quality lead qualification and smooth handoffs to Growth Leads
- Own top-of-funnel follow-up and ensure continuous outbound momentum
- Replenish pipeline through conference lists, lead uploads, and targeted research
- Serve as our HubSpot administrator, maintaining clean and accurate data
- Create dashboards and reports to track pipeline health and team performance
- Train team members on HubSpot best practices and support ad-hoc CRM needs
- Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Support conference-related spikes in lead volume
- Create and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other channels
- Track engagement and adjust content strategy based on performance
- Support creative campaigns, product announcements, and customer stories
- Maintain social media channels, respond to inbound engagement
Requirements
- Experience as an enterprise SDR for 2-3 years
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in HubSpot and CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Passion for driving sales and supporting a growth-focused team
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales development or similar role
