About The Role
As a Senior SDET – QA Automation (Playwright & Selenium), you will make an impact by designing and implementing scalable test automation solutions that improve software quality, accelerate release cycles, and support continuous delivery. You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering team and work collaboratively with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage and high-quality application delivery.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Playwright, Selenium for web application testing.
- Build and execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end test automation solutions across multiple applications and platforms.
- Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and support faster, more reliable releases.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and partner with development teams to drive timely defect resolution.
- Improve automation coverage, framework reusability, testing efficiency, and quality metrics through continuous process improvements.
Requirements
- 7+ years of strong hands-on experience with Playwright and/or Selenium test automation.
- Proficiency in Java for test automation framework development and maintenance.
- Experience with automation tools such as AccelQ, Cypress, and Cucumber.
- Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing methodologies.
- Experience in test case design, execution, defect management, and quality assurance best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience integrating automation frameworks with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of API testing and service validation.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Exposure to performance testing tools and methodologies.
- Experience within the Healthcare domain.
Skills
- Experience with Playwright and Selenium.
- Proficiency in Java.
- Automation tool proficiency (AccelQ, Cypress, Cucumber).
- Understanding of functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Test case design, execution, defect management, and quality assurance best practices.

Pay
The annual salary for this position is between $53,477 to $92,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
