About The Role

As a Senior QA Automation Engineer – Playwright/Selenium, you will make an impact by designing, developing, and implementing scalable test automation solutions that improve software quality, accelerate release cycles, and enhance customer experiences. You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering team and work collaboratively with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, DevOps Engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, TypeScript, and Java.
  • Create and execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end test solutions across multiple applications and platforms.
  • Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and support rapid software delivery.
  • Analyze test execution results, identify defects, and partner with development teams to drive timely issue resolution.
  • Enhance automation coverage, maintain reusable test assets, and continuously improve testing processes, quality metrics, and engineering best practices.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of strong experience in test automation using Playwright and/or Selenium.
  • Hands-on programming experience with Java and TypeScript.
  • Proven experience in functional testing, regression testing, and test case design and execution.
  • Experience developing and maintaining scalable automation frameworks for web applications.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, defect management, and quality assurance best practices.
  • Experience collaborating within Agile software development environments.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
  • Hands-on experience with API testing and service validation.
  • Exposure to performance testing tools and methodologies.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Healthcare domain experience.

Skills

  • Experience with Playwright and Selenium.
  • Programming experience with Java and TypeScript.
  • Functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end test solution creation.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

Pay

The annual salary for this position is between $53,477 to $92,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
