- Enable continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives and improvement workshops, helping teams adapt and mature.
- Ensure backlog items align with roadmap and business objectives, and facilitate conversations around risks, trade-offs, and dependencies.
- Model servant leadership, supporting team autonomy, shielding them from unnecessary interruptions, and fostering a psychologically safe environment.
- Adhere to company policies, complete required training, and maintain strict compliance with relevant laws, rules, regulations, and internal controls.
Requirements
- Seven (7) years of Scrum Master and/or project management experience, including managing multiple teams or workstreams simultaneously.

- Experience in financial services, banking, credit unions, or similarly regulated industries.
- Hands-on experience with flow-based metrics, forecasting, and visual management techniques.

Skills
- Influence without authority: coaching across teams and stakeholders in a growing Agile environment.
- Build trust and psychological safety that enables self-management and honest feedback.
