Senior Scrum Master

Oversee design, implementation, QA, operations, sustainment, and validation of programming code and products.

Responsibilities

• Create project outlines and timelines and distribute responsibilities to team members.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups and meetings to monitor project progress and resolve any issues the team may be experiencing.
• Shape team behavior through excellent management via the agile method.
• Remove project obstacles and roadblocks to develop solutions with team.
• Ensure milestones are reached and deadlines are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 8 - 12 years IT project management or commensurate experience.
• Well versed in full systems development life cycle, strategic information planning, structure, and management practices.
• Experience working with and managing expectations of multiple Product Owners.
• Ability to identify, communicate, and mitigate risks to the program.
• Demonstrated experience successfully managing disparately located personnel.
• Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and hold DEA suitability.

Pay

Competitive annual salary between $140,000 and $180,000.
