  • Pipeline Impact: we translate insights into tangible assets and advance emerging platforms into impactful programs.

About the role

As a Senior Scientist at BeOne Institute, you will independently design and execute high-quality research studies supporting discovery and translational programs in immunology, inflammation, and immuno-oncology. You will contribute to target evaluation, mechanistic understanding, and therapeutic development through generation of rigorous, decision-enabling data.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and advance high-value therapeutic targets across immunology, inflammation, and immuno-oncology therapeutic areas, aligned with organizational strategy, portfolio priorities, and emerging scientific opportunities.
  • Independently design, execute, analyze, and interpret in vitro, ex vivo, and in vivo studies to validate target biology, establish disease rationale, evaluate therapeutic modalities, develop mechanistic insight, and generate decision-enabling data packages.
  • Communicate progress through regular updates while proactively identifying challenges and proposing solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary or cross-functional teams and drive innovation within and beyond the Institute.
